The sticker is where every job starts

Each ScanSticker carries a QR code and a short code, like KX7-4M2-PQ6. It ties one machine to its record in your shop.

Who scans decides what opens

Your customer

Sees your shop's name and phone number, the machine and where it is, and a form to ask for service. Not its history, prices, model or serial.

Your team

Opens the machine's full record in the app: photos, specs, history, manuals and the parts used on it.

A blank sticker

Starts adding a new machine: the customer and site, the nameplate, a photo and where it sits.

  • If the camera cannot read it
    Type the code instead. It is printed under the QR for that reason.
  • If it is damaged or lost
    Replace it in the app. History stays with the machine, and the old code says it is no longer in use.
  • It only points to a machine
    Scanning a sticker never gives anyone access to your records.
