Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
ScanSticker LLC wants everyone to be able to use ScanSticker Go: the shop owners and technicians who run it, and the customers who scan a sticker, pay an invoice or, once it is offered, approve an estimate.
2. Our target
- Web pages (sticker pages, customer pages, estimate and payment pages, and our website): Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
- iPhone app: the same outcomes, through Apple's built-in accessibility features, such as VoiceOver, Voice Control, Switch Control and larger text.
- Invoices, estimates, receipts and emails: readable by a screen reader, with a plain-text version of every email.
This is the standard we build and test against. It is not a claim that every page or screen meets it. Section 4 says what has been tested.
3. Ways to get things done
- If the camera cannot scan a sticker, type the code printed on it.
- The invoice payment page states the full amount before the pay button.
- Sending a service request does not require solving a visual puzzle.
- If any part of ScanSticker Go does not work for you, you can also contact the shop that services your equipment directly.
4. What has been tested
Last tested: October 25, 2026
Tested: the iPhone app, in a development build before release, on each screen its automated interface tests open, at the default text size.
How: Apple's automated accessibility audit in Xcode, which checks contrast, clipped text, support for larger text, labels and tap areas. Our web pages and documents have not been tested yet, and neither has manual testing with VoiceOver.
Known problems: the example text shown inside the empty trade field during setup has lower contrast than our target; the field also has a visible label. A fix date is not set yet.
We list every known problem here until it is fixed.
5. How to report a problem
Tell us what happened and we will work on it:
- Email: support@scansticker.com
- Mail: ScanSticker LLC, 1657 Chenier Arch, Apt 104, Virginia Beach, VA 23451
It helps to include:
- the page or screen, or a link to it;
- what you were trying to do;
- your device, and any assistive technology you use.
We will reply within 5 business days. If you are a shop's customer and need something done now, such as booking service or paying a bill, contact the shop directly as well; they can help while we fix the problem.
6. Updates
We review this statement after each full accessibility audit and at least once a year. Last reviewed: October 25, 2026.
