Field Service Management Software for equipment-heavy contractors
Field service software that starts at the equipment.
When a customer scans your sticker, your team gets the exact unit, location, photos, history, and service request before the first call. Less guessing, faster dispatch, cleaner invoices, and more repeat business from equipment you already service.
Founder Beta: first 15 contractor teams get year one at half price.
$100/month with 3 seats included, plus hands-on setup before your tags go in the field.
Why contractors switch
More work completed. Less time lost looking things up.
Most service calls lose time before the repair starts. The customer is vague, the office rebuilds context, the tech shows up cold, and billing has to clean up the story later. ScanSticker attaches the service path to the unit itself.
Win repeat business
Your branded QR tag stays on the customer's equipment after the truck leaves. The next breakdown routes back to you, not a search result.
Cut office back-and-forth
Requests arrive with the asset, site, photos, urgency, and history attached, so the office stops asking "which unit is this?"
Finish more jobs per week
Techs see model, serial, manuals, prior work, and open requests before they roll.
Protect service history
Every completed job writes back to the asset, so one tech leaving does not take the equipment story with him.
Give customers a cleaner experience
Customers can request service and see approved status and documents without seeing internal notes, rates, parts numbers, or vendor details.
Prove it at half price
Founder Beta gives the first 15 contractor teams a lower-risk year to prove the workflow before V1 pricing goes live.
How it works
The QR scan is not a gimmick. It is the front door to the whole service record.
01
Scan the sticker
A QR tag on the equipment opens the exact asset from any phone camera. No app install. No account needed for the person reporting the problem.

02
Know the asset
The asset passport shows what matters in the moment: model, serial, manuals, photos, service history, and a request button.

03
Keep the history
Requests become work orders. Completed repairs become permanent history. The next scan is smarter than the last.

Where ScanSticker fits
Most field service tools start in the office. ScanSticker starts at the unit.
Jobber helps run the job. ServiceTitan helps run the company. ScanSticker helps own the equipment relationship. It can stand alone for smaller teams or become the asset-level intake layer before work reaches the office workflow.
The big platforms start in the office.
They are powerful, but the first screen is usually dispatch, CRM, estimates, or accounting. ScanSticker starts where the problem starts: at the physical asset.
The scan is the workflow.
The person at the unit does not need to know your software. They scan, describe the issue, add a photo, and the request arrives attached to the right equipment.
Your tag stays after the truck leaves.
For contractors, every sticker is a branded service button on the customer's equipment. The next breakdown routes back to you instead of a search result.
For contractors
Your sticker stays after the truck leaves.
Put your branded tag on customer equipment and the next service request starts with you. The customer scans your tag instead of searching for a stranger, and the request arrives with the equipment record already attached.
Every scan can become a booked job.
Every completed job becomes proof of value.
Every customer portal keeps your work visible.

Live scan demo
Try the real thing from your phone.
This is not a mockup. Scan or tap the tag to open a real demo asset page, the same kind of page your staff, customer, or tech would see in the field.

FAQ
Fair questions
Do staff or customers need to download an app?
No. Any phone camera can open a ScanSticker tag in the browser. Reporting a problem does not require an account.
Is ScanSticker replacing Jobber or ServiceTitan?
No. It can be your lightweight system, or it can sit at the equipment layer so requests arrive with better context before work reaches your office workflow.
What can customers see?
Only approved asset details, request status, and safe documents. They do not see internal notes, labor rates, parts numbers, vendor links, or unreviewed documents.
What makes this different from a normal QR code?
The QR code is just the door. Behind it is an asset record, service history, request intake, dispatch, work orders, customer visibility, and branded contractor workflows.
What happens to printed stickers if my plan changes?
Tags route through your account, so renames and asset reassignments never need reprinting. Tag access follows your account's status.
Can I try contractor features?
Beta workspaces are set up with the features that fit your business during onboarding, so you can see the workflow before settling on a plan.
Can I subscribe online?
Beta access is invitation-gated. We review the workspace first, then the owner gets a secure checkout link inside ScanSticker.
Put the service button where the breakdown happens.
Invitation-only beta. Request access and we can prepare your first workspace and tag sheet together.
