From "it's broken" to paid, in four steps
Every step stays tied to the machine the work was done on.
Your customer scans the sticker
They say what is wrong, right at the machine, and can add a photo. The request reaches you with the machine already named. They need no app and no account.
You make it a job
Pick a technician, a day and a time. Your customer gets an email with a two-hour arrival window. Send an estimate first when the work needs one.
Scan it again on site
The machine's history, photos and manuals open at once. Record the work and add lines from your price book, even with no signal.
Complete the job and get paid
The invoice comes from the job. Your customer pays by card with a code they scan on their own phone, or later from the emailed invoice. Cash and checks are recorded too.
Every machine keeps its own record
One sticker, one machine, one history. It builds itself from the jobs you finish.
- Photograph the nameplateThe app reads the make, model and serial, for up to 300 nameplates a month. You check every value before it is saved, and typing always works too.
- History from finished workEach completed job and its invoice join the machine's history.
- Your manuals, kept with the machineAdd manuals and documents to your equipment. They stay private to your shop.
- Link the pieces of a systemA walk-in's box, condensing unit and evaporator stay linked. Each piece keeps its own sticker, serial and warranty.
- Replace a worn sticker, keep the historyThe new sticker takes over. The old one tells anyone who scans it that it is no longer in use.
Your customers never need an app
Everything they do happens on simple web pages, on their own phone.
Ask for service
From the sticker on the machine. They see your name and number, the machine and where it is. Never its history, prices or serial.
Approve an estimate
They read it and approve by typing their name. A deposit can be paid on approval.
Pay the invoice
By card or bank payment from the invoice link, with a receipt by email.
See their equipment
A private page, sent by email, shows their equipment, service history, open invoices and estimates. No password, and you can turn it off.
Customers get service emails only, never marketing. They never see your internal notes, costs, part numbers or other customers.
Paid into your own Stripe account
Your shop is the merchant, and payments go to your own Stripe account. You open it from the app.

Sales tax, set by you
The app does the arithmetic. You stay in charge of the rates.
Your taxes, your rates
Name your taxes and type their rates. A tax can have parts, like a state rate plus a city rate, each paid to its own agency.
Tax is final when invoiced
Issuing an invoice locks its tax. Later rate changes never touch it.
No sales tax? Say so
Choose no sales tax in setup. You can start charging it later.
ScanSticker Go does not look up tax rates or give tax advice. Your shop stays responsible for its rates, collecting and filing.
